Verstappen* has destroyed racing 👍

Blud. You just shared a clip where the driver on the outside backed out cuz he was on the outside.

No. The “brake check you (14)” and “push you off the track to gain an advantage (33)” and “See if you back out by invading your racing line (33)” are behaviors that destroy racing. Celebrating as “Hard racing” and “Elbows out” also destroys racing, as it simply encourages poor driving. Those are telltale moves from drivers who are not really good at racing.

Go back and watch 80s & 90s F1. “I’m on the inside rule” has always existed.

Alonso would have forced him off multiple times if he didn’t back out

Not long ago we had proper racing. I miss it, but most of all I miss drivers like Vettel, Webber, Button. All aggressive yet clean. Alonso and Lewis thankfully still practice this type of racing and as done Lando and Oscar I believe and probably George. Anybody else? No chance.

Let them race

well technically that's exactly what Alonso did at Brooklands, Seb just chose to back out.

The I’m on the apex in front has destroyed racing

Same people will say 20 or 30 years ago when it was Schumacher etc. was real racing and 10 years ago was the DRS era of boring overtakes. You can't please some people. Imo attacking cars have DRS so let defending cars get their elbows out our else it's a procession.
