Dystopia if we don't have a severance and proper taxation of replaced jobs "AI TAX" and eventually a transition to "resource tax" which taxes the use of robotics and AI compute % of available to be used for societal benefit. If we don't guard against complete corporate takeover, it's over before it starts. Corporations become the government. The government loses effectiveness and becomes obsolete in 30 minutes. It's. Over.

Not only did this tenant not pay rent for two months but in the time span of 4 months (January to April) she and her children managed to destroy this woman’s townhome ! When she finally got her evicted she came back to video the damage . The owner is heartbroken. She’s going to need all new carpeting, painting, & new appliances . There is garbage, dirty diapers,and rotten food left in almost every room. I’m shocked someone can do this amount of destruction in 4 months . It makes me wonder why anyone would take the chance and rent out a property in this day and age. Aside from the worry of not getting your rent, you have to worry about all this other nonsense going on as well . It just doesn’t seem worth it.
