The interior run blocking is an absolute mess right now for the Jets.

it is but I think they're also at a disadvantage because the defense is teeing off when we go 12 or 13 personnel with geno under center. reich needs to call some play action, screens, counters out of those personnel groups and formations to keep the defense honest.

Agreed. The TE blocking needs to be exponentially better

I have just started watching the center myers, the guy cannot sustain his blocking and he’s been thrown around easily,every tape of him looks bad .

Id like to see more Gap scheme but maybe they dont think our OL is built for that. Tired of killing plays into a weak ass duo or inside zone call lol. You have to challenge the 2nd level laterally. Gap scheme and OZ do that. Move gaps make them fit it right

I’m not comprehending what has happened this year.. these were guys last year who were constantly getting to the second level and putting their hats on linebackers. You’d think with how much 12 personnel we run this wouldn’t be an issue where linebackers are filling holes
