Infrastructure gaps, particularly in rural and underserved communities. Slow progress in local ICT hardware manufacturing (e.g., laptops), affecting affordability, skills development, and industrialisation. As Government we acknowledge these concerns and are committed to ongoing collaboration with fiscal authorities, local government, and industry partners to: Reduce data costs, Improve infrastructure deployment, Accelerate practical, inclusive digital transformation and work on a SI on our approved reduction of fees and levies for the Telecommunications,Postal Courier and whole ICT sector.
