I can tell almost instantly when I meet a young man or woman, whether he or she is a deep thinker. They may not be at the top of their class, but that doesn’t necessarily make them less intelligent than the kid who scored 1500 on his SAT or the guy with an IQ of 134. They may be more intelligent. Much more intelligent, but the methods we have for quantifying that intelligence do not adequately capture the breadth and depth of brilliant minds that exist in the world. So they go unrecognized while the kids who excel on answer-based examinations get the best grades, attend the best schools, earn the best degrees, and, more often than not, go on to have mediocre lives. Why? There is one thing that the most brilliant and accomplished people I have ever met all share in common, and it isn’t pedigree or IQ. It’s curiosity. And not just any curiosity—it’s the inexhaustible kind. It’s the kind that will never be satisfied. In my experience, this is the sort of curiosity that breeds humility and most often coincides with a questions-based mindset. And it’s this type of mindset, not the answers-based mindset our educational system selects for, that is the actual prerequisite for brilliance. I’ve seen this kind of brilliance in physical therapists, plumbers, and pretty much any profession you can imagine that we don’t typically associate with brilliance. But we do associate it with excellence. And that’s because to become excellent at something, you have to become your own teacher. This means going from learning how to give the right answers to learning how to ask the right questions. And that requires curiosity and an almost psychotic commitment to excellence. So, while the person in this video is correct that less intelligent people than he are far more successful than he has been, the more interesting and less remarked upon insight is that people like him are not as brilliant as the system tells us they are.

Part TWO I just spoke with the Department of Finance representative who came to remove the boot from my car. He explained that this kind of error is not common at all. That raises even more serious questions. If the City of Chicago rarely makes this kind of mistake, then why did it happen to my vehicle — a candidate for Congress who has been publicly challenging city leadership, exposing failures in government accountability, and calling out systems that harm South Side residents? I am not making accusations without records. That is exactly why I am filing a FOIA request. Because Chicago residents deserve to know: ✅ Who authorized the boot ✅ What plate was actually supposed to be booted ✅ Whether my vehicle was misidentified or improperly targeted ✅ Whether a human verified the plate before action was taken ✅ Whether any contractor or city employee made the error ✅ Whether this was a routine mistake, negligence, or something more concerning ✅ How often wrongful boots happen to residents without cameras or public platforms This incident is bigger than me. A wrongful boot can cost someone their job, childcare pickup, medical appointment, business day, or peace of mind. And if city systems can punish residents first and ask questions later, that is a government accountability problem. I am running for Congress because government should serve the people — not intimidate, burden, or mishandle them. If this was a mistake, the city needs to prove it, correct it, and show what safeguards failed. If it was anything more than a mistake, the public deserves to know that too. Over the last decade I’ve helped several hundred families fight to get better support for their children. Right now the special education needs system is not working for too many children, too many parents and too many schools. The Government has tried to fix things but I fear that they have left parents with more questions than answers. Their changes will leave young people to the lottery of the system and place too much burden on teachers. We need to focus on real support for those who need it and start asking why the number of children with special education needs has increased so much in recent years.

He considers it the "Worst film" he has ever done & regrets making it. Please take the time to read this-A sitting member of Congress should never have been arrested for asking questions. Where are the people who believe in free speech? This is the second United States setting member of Congress that has been arrested. The United States looks more like a police state and under an authoritarian regime that demands his will all while Republicans in Congress allow it to happen because they decided to take an oath to the agenda and not to the constitution. The only people that are happy with this are people that see things through a single lens of information and only want whatever Trump is doing. It looks very much like they care more about that agenda than the actual United States, values, our citizens or our country and democracy that so many people died to protect. Why are Federal employees asked to take a loyalty pledge and why people not asking these questions?

Six days after Oct. 7th, I went on the PBD Podcast and asked a series of questions about what Israeli intelligence failures happened that allowed Hamas to massacre 1,200 civilians. The clip went viral and I was attacked as an antisemite and called worse than a "Holocaust denier." But now my instincts have been vindicated by a recent bombshell report proving Israel knew Hamas's attack plans more than a year in advance — they called it "Jericho wall" — and the plans were shared widely with intelligence and defense officials. Six days after Oct. 7th, I went on the PBD Podcast and asked a series of questions about what Israeli intelligence failures happened that allowed Hamas to massacre 1,200 civilians. The clip went viral and I was attacked as an antisemite and called worse than a "Holocaust denier." But now my instincts have been vindicated by a recent bombshell report proving Israel knew Hamas's attack plans more than a year in advance — they called it "Jericho wall" — and the plans were shared widely with intelligence and defense officials. Now many more questions must be answered: Why did Israeli intelligence officials, when notified of unusual activity in Gaza on Oct 6, not put one-and-one together that the planned attack was about to unfold? Why did it it take between 6 and even 20 hours for the IDF to get help to the communities massacred by terrorists? I stand with Israel and it's offensive against Hamas, but the US should not send one more penny to Israel until we have answers to these questions.
