You have to allow the overkill be done by playing Arcade mode. Because of the in-game option online to click on "give up" the match ends before we get the overkill. Is very rare for someone to stay until the end of the match.

To get 100 overkill would be difficult but doable. To get 100 thousands Overkill with 37 people online is nearly impossible, I guess nobody will get this costume.
