You’re missing a huge part of the story… Jimmy Carter with his CIA backstabbing the Shah while the French housed Khomeini then flew him first class back into Iran. The Carter administration didn’t even allow the Shah thier long time alley to receive cancer treatment.

People in America hear that and say, “How? Their military is destroyed. Their navy is destroyed.” Here is how. Russia and China will help them rebuild.
