The Island Flip - Strings Only

I truly did not expect such a response to this post of some old music. Thank you all ♥️

The strings sound very beautiful on their own! I remember the CH2 Finale Event like it was yesterday. The visuals & the music playing during the Island Flip gave me straight chills. I’m so grateful to have experienced that event. The soundtrack for it is an absolute masterpiece! ❤️🔥

@FNThemesLibrary I guess you would need the permission of epic to do so, but it would be so cool if we could listen to your Fortnite themes on streaming!

@FNThemesLibrary Yes, I've tried several times to make it happen, but ultimately it's up to Epic if they ever decide to do it.

If you scored a movie, I'd definitely watch it, no question asked. Holy shit you're good

I've worked on several! But it has been awhile and I would love to score more movies.

Shit, I should've googled before talking!

Ugh, I miss this so much 😔☹️

Suspicious timing to post that.... I really love this theme tho!!!

imagine a Fortnite movie / series, with this soundtrack ✨ Epic games is SLEEPING on the videogames film fever!

@realNumberSets The good old days 🥲 Fantastic work as always Phil!

those 1:35 minutes were filled with great flashbacks, thanks Phill!

The best way to end a chapter I will always remember it

Absolute chills. Greatest event Fortnite has ever had

Majestic

I really hope you got to work on the Chapter 7 island theme or event music, we need stuff like this again!!!

The Island flip mention in big 2025

Great chapter bogged down by a filler season and mediocre finale. Nonetheless

holy peak

after listening to this you will never want to stop beating tim sweeny to death with your bare hands

If only Epic allowed you to create a Chapter 6 theme 😭

Perfection.

one of my favorite song in fortnite. thanks for this!

This should be preserved in the best of 21st century museum 🔥

This is my favorite theme you’ve written for Fortnite. Never fails to awaken curiosity and awe.

Please try to do more of these

Phil, I know you probably get this alot, but your work is absolutely incredible. Some of my best gaming moments are because of these songs that played in these original events and story sequences, I always loved listening out for motifs back then when you'd sneak things in
