The issue with Biden isn't if, it's who. Who will replace him because he will not be the Democrats' presidential candidate in 2024.

This whole saga, in addition to RBG, Feinstein, McConnell, and others shows how desperately we need age limits on public office ASAP. This needs to be a high priority item on the congressional agenda I wish it wasn't necessary, but these never-retiring officials are a liability
