Some people are upset that I said “Raising kanan” in the final season Is just as great as the others Is imo better than “the wire” It’s my opinion we don’t have to agree But romanticism plagues people The wire was great but it did have flaws 50 would never mess a scene up On raising kanan With bad song placement that does not even match the setting of the scene.. And also the actors in the car are terrible And they don’t even have lines lol Yes it was amazing and it’s legendary But I will not allow your romanticism with the past make you believe that the show from your childhood was flawless It was not!! It’s okay for new albums to be better than Illmatic It’s okay for new crime series to be better the wire It’s okay for a new teacher to take it to a level Malcolm X never got too It’s okay!

They say he’s arrogant. That he’s selfish, self-centered, detached. But nothing about the way Taehyung moves through the world feels that way to me. What I see is someone deeply grounded. Someone who loves quietly, commits fully, and never demands to be seen; even when he’s earned it tenfold. He holds his people close, but never for show. He speaks with intention, or sometimes not at all; and somehow that says even more. Even in past years, he chose to renew his contract; not for himself, but for other people’s smiles. That same person you now try to paint as selfish. Honestly… I wish he was. I wish he had been selfish enough to put himself first. But the Taehyung I know -the one you refuse to see- is far from it. There’s a humility in him that most miss,because they’re too busy looking for performance,not presence. He doesn’t owe us anything. And still, he gives -warmth, music, art, sincerity- without needing applause. To be misunderstood for choosing boundaries over noise… That’s not arrogance. That’s integrity. #KimTaehyung #HumbleAndGrounded #YouDontKnowHim

BTW, for those wondering, the issue I talked about earlier was with dbrand's Killswitch for Switch 2 grip. They are a sponsor of the channel. So people naturally have questions when they see videos like this (came from their reddit). Because I am NOT a normal customer, and instead being sponsored by them, I have the unique opportunity to talk to them directly about the issue. They just got back to me. Here is what I can share from our communication: "Yep, we’re definitely working on it. Ultimately, this is a manufacturing tolerance issue on the small lip that keeps the Joy-Con Grips attached to the Joy-Cons (some were a hair too thick). We’ve got a replacement program set up already, where anyone who is affected is able to email robotsdbrand.com with “July Joy-Cons” in the subject to be added to the list for replacement stock in July." So they are aware of it, and they did tell me they can replicate it with a small number of units from their run. I won't share the exact number of units that have this issue - it's quite tiny compared to their total manufacturing run - but they have confirmed there is a certain run of units that do indeed have this issue. They are offering free replacements to be shipped in July for those affected.
