Creating the CiCi album packaging was such a joy because every detail represents a different part of me. This is my 8th studio album, and while so much in my life has changed, some things remain the same: my love for my family, my love for my fans, my love for my art, and my love for music, even on the days when it doesn’t always love me back. The cover tells its own story. The black chest plate is my armor, the shield I carry into the world as the fierce woman you see before you. The white fur look that wraps around the packaging reflects the beautiful chaos of my life, balancing all the roles and responsibilities but weaving them into something artistic and powerful. From my music to my family to running businesses, CiCi is always on the go. And truthfully, sometimes I’m just figuring it out as I go along. This journey has been a roller coaster of trials, hustle, setbacks, resilience, and victories. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I hope you feel that pride and love in this body of work I created for you.
