The killer polyhedron in DEMON SEED is ridiculously cool. Still never seen anything like it in another movie.

And Demon Seed is excellent, if you haven't seen it. Extremely 70s movie

A little toned down and not decapitating anybody, but definitely a creature of geometry!

Way ahead of it's time, despite being almost half a century old. Deals with themes that are very relevant today such as AI, deep fakes, smart homes, and environmental destruction. Great film.

It looks like a post-apocalyptic movie, but it’s Paris. Streets overrun, trash everywhere, barbecues on the sidewalk. We’ve never seen anything like this in Italy. And this is real.

Phantom Menace Coruscant at night/sunset is so cool. Coruscant never felt like this again in anything else. Probably still my favorite iteration.

"'Woman in the Dunes' (1964) is a Japanese movie I love. It is slow, and it is absolutely stunning and beautiful in black and white. I've never seen anything like it. it's a true art film and every film student should see this one." --- Jodie Foster
