I miss the 80s and 90s so much. Better times.

It was all down hill from there

2000 was a fun year in my life.

...and the world didn't end. It was feared computers would crash because to save memory they weren't programmed to recognise the change from 1999 to 2000. Y2K 🎉

I was one years old at the time🙂‍↕️

I was standing watch in the engineering control center aboard a US Navy DDG, just in case the 1950s style computers shit the bed lol. I was “the guy” they trusted. Stupid times but an end of the last good (enough) decade imo. All downhill since ☹️
