I am a Chelsea fan but Arteta is a better coach than Alonso

As a city fan, I will choose Mikel Arteta because he won the EPL. Champion League final against PSG is not a joke👌 The EPL is hard to win especially against the Best(Pep) even in his falling times. Let's give Arteta his credit.

Arteta played the best football in England 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. Arteta is still one of the best manager in football. Klop won it once in 9 years in Liverpool competiting wih Pep. Same Pep won it 7 times in 10 years in Man City. Arteta just change the plan to beat his boss.

Alonso played a full season loosing only one game and that to Atalanta,he won the German league with less proven players and did it with a unbeaten record,Arteta chase the league for 5 years before he could win it which he even almost lost because he’s fate of winning the league depends on Manchester City losing So you can’t compare both of them,for me Alonso is far ahead of Arteta

Is this even a question? Premier league is the best league ever! Arteta Premier league winner Fa cup winner Community Shield winner Runner Up in the champions league. Alonso is still a baby coach, it’s just Bundesliga title he won and the trophy looks like community shield.

I will take Arteta. Alonso moved from Bayer to the Pinnacle of football club Management and couldn't last a season. Kompany is a better coach too that Alonso, he moved from Burnley to Bayern and did excellently there. so Arteta will do better at madrid than alonso did.

I read people's comment all you guys are saying is that Alonso won the league with Leverkusen for the first season I want you guys to remember something Leicester won the EPL just the same way Leverkusen won their league nd the upper season none of them survived it

Alonso went unbeaten to win the league against Bayern. which is harder to do. Even Bayern have never done it. Alonso is tactically sound same as arteta tho but Alonso went unbeaten in the league and did a major double. I pick Alonso.

Considering the amount Arteta has spent at Arsenal, I believe Alonso would do far better if he had the same budget and six years in charge.

Mikel arteta was able to keep it up with the Beautiful football for three season finishing 2nd but Alonso of Leverkusen couldn't do that and even Alonso of Madrid with beautiful squad couldn't do anything either

Arteta is far better than Alonso. Since pep came to the premier league how many teams have won the league just 2 teams Liverpool twice and Arsenal. Alonso can't compete with pep and survive.
