Lol, this is hilariously complex, no chance it would improve on existing power usage or cost per kg metrics for electric motors. However if you’re looking for linear motion specifically then it may have an application.

This thing is immensely inefficient. The sheer amount of mass contained in this would require so much input to just keep it operating, just some simple math tells us that if a load was applied you'd need an additional 1,750+/-250 watts vs a comparable A/C motor to output just 3HP

The early 1900 Figura free energy invention / patent has been figured out. It collects energy from the flux between two strong magnetic fields. And that's all I wish to say on that.

You simply cannot keep a permanent magnet perpetual motion machine going for more that a couple minutes (at best) before the whole thing finds a natural balance and stops moving.
