The lines between code & content are blurring. I made this 3d city block animation in claude 3.7. Then I used runway gen-3's video-to-video to style it like a lego city at night. At the rate things are going, this'll be a shader running in real-time.

I made a stream overlay that looks like a flipbook, so it looks like chat is animating me in real-time. Similar to a sketched drawing come to life on top of an animation table. They can flip the pages on the screen to look at the in-between frames.

✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI: [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!

Three years ago, I came to Tallinn from Odessa. In this video, I'm 10 years old. These are my first days in Tallinn. At the time, we didn't have a place to live, so we spent a couple of nights in a refugee center. We were looking for a place to live and, at the same time, getting to know this beautiful city. I asked my dad to take me closer to the airport because I wanted to watch the planes take off. ✈️ #tallinn #valerianegurenko2410

A while ago, I visited a city that I haven't been able to forget. It was so quickly and I bought several paintings there. It's called Yogyakarta, in Indonesia. I was in the city center at night, walking through streets full of art galleries and with a very charming atmosphere. Today, I found this short video of that street, and the song is beautiful.

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it is just a bad upscaling instead of Gen AI, but it is indeed Gen AI animation. There are things going on in it that just don't make any sense for puppet animation. Here are some parts that make it clear, I slowed down the video so it's easier to notice the chunky parts. I checked the past ADs and it's possible to notice details (from an animator's POV) that are common and make sense for human work, so it was definitely a choice to use AI on this new AD

A 3D map of mRNA transcripts in a zebrafish embryo. This video was not made using a microscope. Researchers tag nucleotides with barcodes, which then "link" together in the tissue. Sequencing those links can then be used to computationally infer the 3D positions of genes.

So remember that time machine I told you about? I managed to sneek out another video from my visit to the future.. this time I captured video of a 3d artist creating assets for a short commercial. They sculpted the bird in the video with nothing but two controllers which they used to manipulate generative matter in 3d. The AI model changed in realtime and adopted their style of work, both based on the work they did on the scene, and on reference images they gave the system. Seeing the 3d model transform in realtime as they were working on it was incredible. When it started moving and reacted to their instructions, I knew it was time to return to the present :D #art #ai
