The little demons in THE GATE (1987) show why practical effects and stop-motion will always have a place in horror. Those creatures pack so much character and craftsmanship. Absolutely love this stuff. 🔥

It's crazy to think that Stephen Dorff who played Glen here goes on to be Deacon Frost in Blade.

I still want one. They missed the market for toys at the time. They could still make them and they would sell like crazy to GenX.
