The Prime Minister condemned the attacks on the Kurdistan Region and reaffirmed that these assaults have no justification and stem only from deep hatred toward Kurdistan and its people. He emphasized that the perpetrators should know that the hostile stance they have taken will not be forgotten by the people of Kurdistan. The Prime Minister called on the federal government and parliament to take a clear position and set limits on these criminals, noting that, unfortunately, the groups carrying out such attacks are funded by the Baghdad government and are provided with salaries and weapons. This is not a time for partisan politics. It's a moment for collective resolve to ensure justice for those who lost their lives and for their grieving families by bringing the perpetrators to justice. Among the list of victims were: Shri Manjunath from Chikmagalur. Shri Bharat Bhushan from Bengaluru. I spoke to both the wives of the deceased, Pallavi and Sujata, this morning. They are at present safe, but they are worried about the future. I spoke to the KPCC, and the Cabinet has deputed Labour Minister Santosh Lad. He said that he met two members of the family and their children. He also met nearly 200 tourists from Karnataka there in various hotels and arranged flights to return to Bangalore. I have also requested J&K CM Umar Abdullah to make arrangements for those who are not in touch with their respective states. Yesterday night, I spoke to our Home Minister; he promised me that he will take care of all those people. I offer my deepest condolences to the families of the deceased and their loved ones in the tragic incident. The summer season has started, and tourists have started visiting the region. Tourism is also the biggest source of income for Jammu and Kashmir. They are dependent on that income. But due to this attack, Shri Omar Abdullah has told me that this year the economy has collapsed. The Government of India is ruling there, as it's a Union Territory, still not declared as a state. So the response would be from the Government of India. In this moment, we are all one with the government. Together we have to fight. Today, I held a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council on the implementation of the resilience plans established for regions and communities. Unfortunately, some cities and regions are falling behind. It is a matter of personal responsibility for getting back on track and implementing the resilience plans. There are now three priorities for making it through the winter: strengthening the protection of critical infrastructure, ensuring the necessary number and quality of shelters, and increasing anti-ballistic capabilities. I am grateful to those officials and local government representatives who truly care about Ukrainians and their communities.
