@SWexner @pferrada1 @Cirbosque @TomVargheseJr @rbarbosa91 @sminaev2015 I1. Air knot at the skin to make it easy to cut the stitch 2. Once around the tube for each strand 3. Tie right around tube so it dimples. When drains fall out it’s usually because the stitch breaks when pt gets oob
