I hate to nitpick but this 3-run moon ball is kind of a rally killer. Small ball keeps the pressure on and turns the lineup over to the better hitters. Especially this early in the game. I’d like to see Shaw be a better teammate in the future

Kroupi is him. Shoulder over the ball & no follow-through on the shot so he won’t sky it. Little backlift to get the shot off quickly under pressure, but still generates power by driving his bodyweight through the ball with that small hop after contact.

In the outfield if you open up to one side of a hard hit ball & the ball is on the opposite side just rotate your head to the ball verses trying to turn your entire body back to the ball. Taking your eyes off the ball briefly & having body control is more efficient than watching the ball all the way & not be in control of your movements.

This is the reason that coaches and parents go bonkers sometimes. This play at home left people baffled. The runner is rounding third and headed for home. The throw to the catcher gets there way ahead of time of the runner. The catcher catches the ball, waits for the runner and applies the tag. Easy out right? 💯 The umpire calls obstruction on the catcher and said he was obstructing the runner from scoring. The runner is safe! 🤯 That may be one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen on any level. The ball arrived so early that the catcher could have sat on home plate and had lunch waiting for that runner. If you have the ball you can be right there waiting to tag the runner when he comes in. What do you think? Obstruction or not? Was the catcher not giving the runner a fair path to home plate or was the umpire watching a game on another planet?

I have learnt to understand that golf is about minimizing your misses. On the tee, I aim up the right and I do everything to hit a draw. It gives me confidence knowing that I then have the entirety of the fairway to play with. If I hit a small draw, I end up on the right side of the fairway. If I hit a big draw, I end up on the left side of the fairway. If you aim up the middle, you double your room for error. Lesson is to learn the way you shape the ball and then make it work for you. #PXGTroops

Everyone will look at Rice for the run with the ball. Then they’ll look at Saka for the assist. I was wondering why is Jude Bellingham ALWAYS in the right place at the right time. If you ever needed proof that arriving in the box is a SKILL and not LUCK. He doesn’t do anything special until Saka is about to take on his man. Then watch closely on the edge of the 18. The movement, the determination to lose his marker. It’s a triple shimmy. It’s incredible honestly. ALTIJUDE!!
