Police have named the man they believe carried out yesterday's terror attack at Heaton Park Synagogue in Manchester as 35-year-old Jihad Al-Shamie - a British citizen of Syrian descent. Two Jewish men were killed and three others sustained serious injuries in the attack, which lasted seven minutes. Three people have been arrested on suspicion of terror offences.
