Booking SMDC Festival Grounds for their Trilogy Concert Finale can only mean one thing: They want to do what has never been done by a P-pop group before. It's as if they know that their being good as artists is, unfortunately, not enough to really go global nowadays; that when it comes to talent, there are many, many talented individuals from all over and that they just have to be the standout. It's as if they've come to the realization that the world's largest indoor arena bursting at the seams on two consecutive days in 2025 is not enough to get the world to pay attention. It's as if they don't want to leave any stone unturned. With no disrespect for their fellow musicians, they know they simply need to disallow critics the thought that the outdoor music festivals in their portfolio (Aurora, ACON 2025, etc.) only had record-breaking attendance because other artists were also there. They also know that the producers of the world's largest music festivals, ➡️most of which are held outdoors (Lollapalooza, Coachella, Glastonbury, Summer Sonic, etc.)⬅️, invite talented artists based on their ability to bring in the numbers. If they can pull this off, if they can show the world that they can hold their own in their grandest challenge to date, then maybe, no, POSSIBLY, the world will run out of reasons to look away. This is the Election Rigging Response Act because he also knows he’s going to lose the 2026 midterms. And this is why I keep saying: everybody, eyes wide open. This is not just about the maps here in California. He’s mapping out a way of guaranteeing his victory in the midterms in 2026 and beyond. As you say, sending out election monitors that are not needed, that have no basis, that have no business being out here in a statewide election for a statewide constitutional amendment—he has masked men like Greg Bovino that showed up at the campaign kickoff of Proposition 50 to intimidate folks. That is a preview of things to come at polling places all across the United States. If you thought we were overstating things in June around the federalization of the National Guard—where we said in June this is a preview of things to come across the United States—we’ve seen it in D.C., in Portland, in Chicago. And you’re going to see it now as he starts to put Trump personnel in military bases all across the United States. And he’s organized that very openly come this January to have quick deployment. This is all around 2026. Alleging that Prop 50 is already rigged because there are mail-in ballots, and suggesting criminal activity is occurring, is chilling. But trust me—to your question, forgive the long-winded response—we’re not screwing around. We’ve set aside millions of dollars for our legal defense. We’re there today making sure we’re monitoring the monitors. So there’s nothing happening that is not going to be recorded. This is insane. A new high school outside Dallas dedicated 1/3 of their floor space to entrepreneurship. The 1st floor is a mall, where 15+ local businesses set up shop so students can be mentored, apply for jobs & learn how to run a biz. There's also a: - recording studio - photo studio - makerspace innovation lab - coding lab - eSports lab - 10,000 square foot theatre - 7,000 seat arena The on site businesses get a cheaper lease if they mentor students. Floors 2-3 have normal HS classes The school is becoming a template for other schools and is called Opportunity Central. Better yet, this school cost a whopping $100 million LESS than a normal new high school. The superintendent sounds like a hero. Imagine if more administrators had common sense like this: You can be the most knowledgeable veterinarian in the world but if you can’t run the veterinary hospital and the business side to it, you’re not going to be very successful long-term. This makes me proud to live in Texas. Would love to see this become more common. I want to be a part of this somehow.

Training Volume / Intensity / Rep Range / Progressive Overload — Everything You Need To Know: (This is what will grow MOST people best) 𝗧𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗦 𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 45ish-60ish total working sets per week - If training 3x per week, this will mean 16, 17, 18ish sets per session - If training 4x per week, this will mean 13, 14, 15ish sets per session - If training 5x per week, this will mean 10, 11, 12ish sets per session 𝗧𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗦 𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 - For balanced development, you’re going to want to perform 5, 6, 7, 8ish sets per body part per week - If prioritizing a muscle group, you’re going to want to perform 8, 9, 10, MAYBE 10+ sets for that body part each week - If deprioritizing a muscle group, you only need 2, 3, 4ish sets for that body part each week to maintain existing development 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 In all likelihood, you will get MORE (in the way of stimulus) by splitting the work you do for a given muscle group across 2 sessions per week Splitting the work you do for a given muscle group across 3 sessions per week can work as well but the potential benefit is probably NOT that large and it diminishes the margin of safety Performing all the work you do for a given muscle group on ONE day (Bro Split Style) can work but it like has an opportunity cost associated with it 𝗧𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗦 𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗘 The sweet spot is generally 2-3 sets for a given exercise in a given session 1 set is fine depending on the context of the programming as a whole but you likely didn’t squeeze all the juice out of the lemon If you preform 4+ sets of a given exercise in a given session, what the fuck were you doing the first couple of sets? 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬 The intensity you take sets to can GREATLY IMPACT how many total sets you can perform while still allowing for adequate recovery from session to session Generally speaking, it is a good idea to leave about 1 RIR on most exercises to ensure stimulus is robust but fatigue is kept at bay There is one HUGE caveat to that however: If you do not trust your ability to accurately gauge RIR, it is better to just take your sets to 0 RIR/Failure than it is to risk sandbagging sets by leaving an incidental 2, 3, 4+ reps in the tank…just know you will not be able to generate as high a net stimulus throughout the week if you live in this intensity range 𝗥𝗲𝗽 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲/𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 Pick a weight you can do for 5-6ish reps with GOOD-GREAT technique @ the prescribed RIR (should be 0-2 RIR) Once you can hit 7, 8, 9, 10ish reps with the same GOOD-GREAT technique @ the prescribed RIR, increase the load You can weight select on a SET BY SET BASIS — this means in theory some of your sets could be heavier/lighter than others (assuming you’re doing multiple sets of a given exercise on a given day)

What an adventure... this ETELCUP was a truly exceptional experience, being able to come together around a shared passion: competition and The Finals. I'm very happy to have organized all this and brought together almost 50 people from over 5 different countries. It allowed me to understand how to improve things and what to work on during the stream, because it was exceptional on-site, but I hope to be able to broadcast it even better next time! - 20h4m of streaming. - 12,429 views in total. - 3,393 unique viewers. - 2,777 hours watched. A huge thank you to Alsace Esport Arena for allowing us to organize all this, and also to Krash | Vaiiya PR Chief Officer aka Krash | Vaiiya PR Chief Officer and his team for funding the event and helping it run smoothly. And of course, a big thank you to Pulsar Gaming Gears and Pulsar Esports for participating in this event by bringing my two teammates. And thank you to all the teams, players, and visitors who made the effort to come and make this event a success! Mike Brown credits the Knicks' players for the sacrifices they've made during games in the middle of their frenzied offensive runs: "When you go on those runs, sometimes a guy is not on the floor. One game, Josh [Hart] didn't play at the end of the game, and he was freakin' great. He sacrificed who he was for the betterment of the team. Landry [Shamet] wasn't playing, he sacrificed. There may be times where you're open during those runs, and somebody misses you. You can't get pissed, because if you get pissed, your emotions and energy are someplace else as opposed to what you need to do defensively. All those things come into play. Obviously, you have to have a talented roster as well...because anything and everything out of the ordinary can happen. You have to rely on those intangibles to stay locked in."

Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian on why sports is the one industry AI can't touch: At the Global Alts Miami conference in March 2026, Alexis argued that while AI is flooding digital content, live sports can't be faked or automated. "Sports is going to be the only thing left standing, y'all." Alexis points to what's already happening across the creative industries: "I don't know if you've seen some of the Chinese video models that are just running over our copyrights, but look at what is now possible in terms of a Hollywood level production of quality now with these models."
