It doesn't need Comedians, WWE performers, a Spotify play list, or any other superfluous nonsense. Yes, it's formal and stuffy and quiet and subdued. That's the point. It's what makes the Masters great. No one is yelling BABA BOOEY! People act like they are in church because that's what Augusta is to American golfers. It's holy. And now networks are giving it the NASCAR treatment wrapped in pro wrestling. Stop. Just stop. Can we not have one thing that isn't saturated to the gills with influencers and crap?

I have seen this in motorsports broadcasting my entire life to the point I'm down to two motorsports. This forever sacrificing the base for the fringe group or as they like to say "the causal fan". This mythical creature has proven so elusive that the sacrificed base fan has found other things to do.
