How do you measure getting 10% better every week?

Neither of these curves exist in reality. There are only S-curves, not exponentials. And the rate is far, far less.

what a stupid video. you think you can get 10% better for 10000 times or more? thats like 100000% better than you are today. no one can do that

Improvement is never linear, and 10% is ridiculous. You'd be happy with 1%. And most likely, contrary to what you're saying, it would actually be potentially 50% or 100% in the first week.

Colpare to what? What does x^2 suppose to represent? Go in details you find this concept is meaningless.

The value of compounding. If a system (ie. a conscious being) has a north star it will never reach (but regardless aspires to) and then improves through self-reflective iteration (toward that north star)—that's exponentional growth.

Generational wealth... I just don't know if I'll be around to enjoy it. Looking at the x-axis as time in years, I read this as be patient for 96 years and more before you get the satisfaction of compounding at a 10% rate, beating x^2.

A human can’t keep getting 10% faster every day. Buy holding stocks can increase 10% every year.

10% sure... your input is limited to a fixed rate and maxing it out can result in burnout

Exponential functions outperform power functions. This has nothing to do with personal growth.

Getting constantly better with fixed rate is just unrealistic, cool graph but impractical

Consciousness is the foundation of improvement. Self-reflective, iterative, aspirational transformation of consciousness can't easily be quantified; external factors can, but those are at best second-order effects.
