What the Lindsay Clancy trial has taught me, and perhaps the nation, is that the FBI and all state and local law enforcement agencies are criminally negligent and completely fiscally irresponsible with public money. They spend millions and millions of dollars recruiting educated people, and millions more to continue that education and train them to be investigators, forensic experts and techs and scientists, when in fact all they really needed to do was hire blue haired, pink shirt wearing true crime podcast fans and TikTok consumers. Possibly an astrologer or two. They even know more than board certified psychiatrists. Just ask them. Like vegans, they WILL tell you.

I don’t believe this juror disregarded the law. He followed the law. The Judge allowing Reddington to walk all over this deliberation process and disparage this juror and jeopardize this juror in court and out, was and is reprehensible! The Judge was a putz…purposely… to pressure the juror to avoid a mistrial on his record in this important case that had National attention.

I don’t even know why this is up for debate? According to Tattletale Karen’s note, he had “doubt” and wasn’t applying it to the law. The law clearly states “beyond a reasonable doubt” that’s why the judge and the scj didn’t agree with Reddington and tattletale Karen. He had a right to his vote. It’s also why Reddington threw in there out of nowhere that the hero juror had prejudice against disabilities with mental illness which was never even brought up and was pulled out of thin air and he told that to the scj lying straight to her face just to get his murderess off. I watched the entire trial and I truly went into this skeptical. After watching it, my vote would have been murder one but I would have settled on murder two if everyone would have agreed on that. Period.
