In many ways The Maxx is less-so an adaptation, and more-so a direct translation of the comic. This is a near panel-for-panel, line-for-line recreation of the source material, and I couldn't love it more! A show that truly brings Sam Kieth's ambitious vision to life!

The viewers were suppose to find Julie unattractive, instead were exposed to true beauty.

I never got to watch this show growing up. I don't even remember seeing it? I recently watched a few videos that covered this show & it looks like it's right up my alley. It has an awesome art style & I love it's creativity
