This is a bad talent argument. The heat have a ton of talent. If u lined up Miami roster next to the pistons talent wise you take way more heat than pitons. It’s about more than talent

Spo only won with LeBron . Prime LeBron. Overrated

The 3 all stars in question: Tyler = injured all year Norman = Pitty All star, no defense, no playmaking, simply a streaky bucket getter, but consistently takes bad shots. Bam: Efficiency of Gilber Arenas as a big man. 43.8fg% 31.0% 3pt. STOP CHUCKIN 3s AND WORK ON THAT TOUCH

We gotta end the Tyler Herro experiment ASAP. He is a piece on a team not a focal point. Powell is a great 3rd/4th Option as is Wiggins. But this is not a Championship/Conference Finals level roster.

Miami needs to basically make the choice the Spurs had to. You can continue with your big man allstar and not really have a shot to win anything or you can start rebuilding because the window is closed.

No matter how often Spoelstra falls short, the local media will always spins it to give him a pass he doesn’t deserve. The Heat have talent(Ware), but development gets neglected and Spoelstra's scheme never adjusts. It’s a my way or the highway approach with no accountability.

I think Spo is coaching them like he has a talent-laden roster and he isn’t adapting to what they have. For instance, no way Jovic is getting less than 25 min a game. We’ve had him for years and still haven’t figured out how to optimize his time on the court

Powell made the all stars because of injury, and I believe Tyler did too. Bam was a marginal pick

@NTardzer Teams look at individual players too much instead of entire units Heats starting 5 needs to replace a couple ppl and their bench would drastically improve if one or 2 of those starters moved to the bench. They clearly need a pg but also they put a lot of responsibility on rooks

And a coach that wont play his bench players until someone gets hurt… that bullshit about be ready, man fuck that . If they are on the bench the play them. Thats why we cant get good talent here… cause they now.

The front office has allowed notion of its “culture” to supplant strategic planning. They believe they can white-knuckle their way to winning despite talent level. They’re also incongruent in their thinking b/c of their commitment to whale-hunting; which has set the team back.

Miami Heat have a Talent, team building, and a coaching problem Talent- Our best scorers score below 20 when it matters most Team building- Team is full of guards a few forwards and only 2 bigs Coaching- Spo's small ball switch everything is not a championship winning style

Heat gained an offensive identity but lost their defensive identity, they have talent, Spo is lacking relying on Bam too much for defense.. that's my take.

Miami are Mitchell/Booker/Maxey type player away to be in same tier as Celtics/NYK/Pistons West is different animal. You need the superstar but also depth to win it

Not sure Bam’s a top 20 player. He’s alright. Maybe top 30. He shouldn’t be the guy on a team if you want that team to be good. On a contender he’s maybe a 3rd option.

@el_budget Bam is not a top 25 player in the league…no player gets more respect for not getting better in the NBA than Bam…Bam is literally the same player he was in year 3 that he is today

Spo needs to move upstairs. Not to say he's not a great coach, he is, but sometimes you get stale. Players stop listening. Pat Quinn has waited long enough
