the mic issues were there, but most people probably didn’t even notice because taehyung was doing such an amazing job. even with the sound engineer messing up his mic levels, he still sang flawlessly and stayed stable throughout, that’s a singer who KNOWS how to sing

You can clearly see Hobi’s mic failing at the beginning of FYA so he gives it to the staff and he basically just vibes mic-less but the part that stands out is you can see Hobi doing some quick decision making bc his verse is coming up.. you can see he contemplates Namjoon for a second but Namjoon is still rapping so with an immediate game plan he skips towards Jin. Jin, who didn’t need anything beyond a brief gesture from Hobi hands his mic over. No fuss, no show of technical issues. They just keep the segment moving as if it was some spontaneous choreo, Jin hyping hobi. Hobi still is without a mic at the thrust stage but again doesn’t make it a thing. He hypes the crowd. Throws water. Dances. Gets his white mic, goes back to singing like nothing. And then you have sweet Jin asking if hobi needs his mic despite the line following yoongi’s verse is his own. Complete, raw teamwork and camaraderie. Gorgeous right?? The way it was seamless unless you were watching and paying attention to the details. Bc otherwise, no one would’ve known. That’s showmanship. That’s 2seok’s 13 years of practicing and performing together. That’s Hoseok’s professionalism running through his veins as naturally as blood. And that’s Bangtan’s diligence and discipline instilled in them from day 1. They’ve never been the kind to let anything hinder them from giving their all. Not injuries. Not wardrobe mishaps. Not even technical hiccups. That’s BTS.

A person who converted to Islam in Japan was offered a job by a company in Osaka because he knew Arabic. The company’s business was connected to the Middle East. However, they could not reach an agreement on two issues before he started the job. First, he would have to attend business parties where alcohol was also served. Second, there would need to be an arrangement between his prayer times and his office working hours. Because of this, he refused the job. Later, he became the imam of a mosque in Kobe. For some people, it is so easy to say, “Religion is more important than a job.” Such employees also tend to face more conflicts because they want to bring religious rules into the workplace, which is not possible. Here, the question is not just about the job, but about priorities. Was it the right decision to give up such a job opportunity because of his religious beliefs?

“I love how outgoing he is and how positive. He has such a positive outlook on life, even when his world is crashing down he still finds a reason to smile and make other people smile. I think that’s the most beautiful thing about Nic.” 😭❤️🥹#OlandriaxBETAwards

So Taehyung was supposed to have his hair tied in a ponytail but he didn’t do it because it was not matching the era they were in. Look at how enamored BTS were by Taehyung in a beard they couldn’t stop staring at him

While everyone else was singing “Happy Birthday” to Jungkook and saying things like “Happy Birthday, bro,” Taehyung did an operatic vibrato before singing a line from Kim Jong Kook’s song "One Ma" . 😭 🐻 “남자가 있어” (namjaga isseo) 🎶 which means “There’s a man.” However, he didn’t sing the full line. The complete lyrics continue: “There is a man who loves you more than anything. There is a man who loves you, but cannot even tell you. He is right by your side, close enough to reach you if he extends his hand. There is a man who has you, someone he cherishes more than himself.” The line Taehyung actually sang was just “남자가 있어” the rest is from the original lyrics.

Which future member of Crosby, Stills & Nash is singing here? He wrote and sang this song during his short run with this band. It wasn’t about the Vietnam War, it came out of the Sunset Strip riots, sparked by youth curfews and police harassment. People back then probably didn’t even try to keep up with who was quitting or hopping bands, they still managed to churn out great music.

Hasan Piker during a trip to China: “I don't have any sort of patriotism in my heart for America.” Of course he doesn’t. He’s an anchor baby with no family ties to this country. He didn’t even grow up here. He was born in New Jersey simply because his parents were there at the time, but was immediately taken back to Turkey, where everyone is raised hating America, Christians and Jews. He was already an adult when he moved back to the U.S. He’s not even a product of domestic radicalization, since his entire worldview was shaped by his Islamic Turkish upbringing.

“But since there will be such a big crowd I figured I should make it clear who I am and which group I’m from so that’s why I chose to go with Mic Drop” Louder for the people in the back, Hoseok 🗣️🗣️👏🏼👏🏼

Russia sentenced an entire family of three in Luhansk region just because they love Ukraine. At the trial, the man formed a trident with his fingers and pressed it to his heart. That’s the Ukrainian spirit right there. He knew they could kill him, but he stayed true to himself. A sharp contrast to Russians, who will do anything, even kill, for money. Russia has been wiping out Ukrainians like this for centuries.

When Lana Del Rey’s husband who is the epitome of an outdoor man who would probably be never seen near a Chanel or Gucci store has more class than Megan at a fashion show and he didn’t even change up his style, but he came with respect and etiquette. It looks beautiful.

My sister has been battling cancer for the longest time, and we didn’t even know until the biopsy gave us the diagnosis. As she lost so much weight, people stigmatized her, saying she had HIV/AIDS. There were days when our laughs and smiles were lesser, and the crying was more. She even had to stop sewing because of the pain. Cancer has taken a lot from Lauretta, but it hasn’t taken her smile or her strength to fight. And that’s why I’m not giving up either. We’re grateful for how far she has come with chemotherapy and for everyone who has supported us. The side effects have been overwhelming, but she’s still fighting. Please don’t give up on my sister. ❤️‍🩹🤲🏾

Making money right now is so easy that it almost feels like a dream. $CASHCAT was such an obvious play that I still don’t understand how some people lost money on it. The fundamentals were there, the community was there, everything was lined up. If you’re not making money, you’re probably following the wrong people.
