@dwnews And still the EIA expects explosive growth in U.S. battery storage. Simply put, the technology is improving rapidly and batteries are getting better and cheaper. So, you're right. Read more >>

@dwnews Electrification is efficiency.👇🏽

@dwnews this is not serious but simply an attempt at setting up a red herring. Electricity does not solve most of our energy demands and the dream that this can be met with wind and solar is even more scientifically unsound.

@dwnews What’s your alternative? And why is it that the world’s top experts believe electrification is one of the key solutions? What do you know they don’t? Have you published your research?

@dwnews Do you have a source for that conversion diagram as a static pic? I’ve been looking & can find only old versions? Thanks

@dwnews Might help if you explain how (and how much) energy is lost in conversion processes.

@dwnews This is why we should actually generate the energy at the point on that chart we now call Final Energy and store the excess as hydrogen.

@dwnews CHP generators have efficiencies of upwards 80%. As an aside; a solar panel with 25% efficiency reflects 75% of the incident energy at ground level more efficiently than open ground or foliage. In many cases, using the waste heat is valuable.
