Cate Blanchett’s Oscar snub for Tàr is a snub by The Academy that gets worse with every passing awards season. Blanchett’s career is filled with high points & multiple Oscars but she should’ve won another for this film. Simply electric. I also consider this perhaps the single best performance of this decade. I can’t think of a worse snub.

This is probably their best live performance ever. This song is PERFECT on Unplugged. “State of Love and Trust” is arguably the best vocal performance of Eddie’s entire career.

Cate Blanchett’s introduction as Lady Tremaine in Cinderella (2015) is so good since she walks in carrying warmth, elegance and something quietly unsettling underneath it at the same time.
