Most of those villages had never paid electricity bills in over 6 years and counting per my assumption I could conclude that their bills are being transferred to those living in the urban areas I wish a phorensic investigation is done at ECG kos this just doesn’t make sense

My home town them they use 1995 meters. They pay ghc30 to ghc40 a month even that one complained about it because they used to pay ghc15
