The Mistrial Misfit I found the clip!

Did anybody hear Jen McCabe testify that she hasn’t spoken with Higgins since all of this happened? Has he distanced himself from the McAlberts? Probably knows he’d be the first one they’d throw under the bus.

In the pretrial hearings before the first trial, David Yanetti read a text Kevin Albert sent to Brian Higgins around the time the Feds convened a grand jury that said “You went off the grid and Brian doesn’t understand. Everyone got a subpoena but you.” This came out in a motions hearing trying to get witness cell phone records. Of course, Cannone denied it.

@mistrialmisfit How is calling your mom consciousness of guilt, but this didn't seem shady as hell. I've never gone back to watch all the pretrial stuff from the first trial. Anyone have a list of everything the Judge has blocked in this case through both trials
