I was blessed with an ex who didn't try to attack me but instead coexisted as parents to our children. To this day she comes to holidays with my parents. My children grew up knowing they had two parents who loved them so much that we as adults were willing to put our differences aside and make sure the kids were first.

Why? This is why. This is our battle to fight until they can fight on their own beside us and then one day they will have to fight their battles without us. No, I don’t personally have children, I’m not sure if I’m able sometimes I’m not sure if I could handle the heartbreak of what I see this world becoming even if I could but God has a plan for me, I’ll leave that to Him and I and stay grateful and I will do everything I can in my life to protect your children. Babies are blessings. They are ALWAYS blessings. Human life is Gods gift and miracle to us. Evil tries to destroy children as early as possible if they can even make it out of the womb, that’s how much Satan hates humanity. Hurt people, hurt people. I hate this evil the most. One main reason I spoke out against the insanity the past 4 years was because I could see how hard it would be for parents to speak out and support their families. They faced cancellation and being fired for simply asking logical questions. I didn’t have children, I felt I could help shake the cage free to start having the conversations. There were mature conversations to be had but we were silenced, censored and fired if we so much as posted a meme or quote that signaled we might not be going along with the forced narrative. Parents, you have got your voices back now but never forget how hard they came for you and your children. They will do it again. This IS the hill to die on. Let’s make The United States a place where children are safe, in Jesus name, let that be what the U.S. becomes known for. Protecting children. ❤️🙏

Kennedy Jr One of the hardest parts of this journey has been the attacks from people claiming I don’t love my son simply because I refuse to acknowledge him as a woman. But as parents, our responsibility is to protect our children from harm—not to affirm something that could cause irreversible damage. No loving mother or father should be expected to agree to their son being castrated. This issue has two sides—one for the child who feels they were born in the wrong body and another for the family forced to say goodbye to the person they’ve always known and loved. As Bobby said so perfectly: Sometimes, love means saying no.

My go to shoulder and leg day warmups: I usually don’t do much stretching as I prefer to just use the treadmill and walk at a slightly uncomfortable pace for 5 minutes. This is the most effective way to prime your body for exercise without actually fatiguing yourself.

To My Day. 🐻: But really as I always say, the reason our concerts can be so fun is really because of you! I'm not just saying this~ When people come to our shows, the friends and family we've invited always say the same thing. I mean sure they say our songs are good or that we sing well but those are kind of like extra factors. They always tell me "Your fans are insane!" Your energy and the atmosphere we create together is honestly what makes the concerts so fun and makes people want to come! That's why we always tell you that you're really people who can do well no matter where u go! That's how we see you! Seriously! So you should feel proud of yourselves! Not just proud of us but proud of yourselves too. Because the way we see you is filled with pride as well. That's why why we can think and speak this way. But for real, thank you. I'm really grateful for the kind of relationship we formed in the first place, but I'm even more thankful that you kept it going like this. I really appreciate that. So, this is not about raising your self esteem. This is really what we see. You know me. I'm not the type of person who says things I don't mean. I can't even make up things even if I wanted to and it's obvious when I lie. So what I say is coming straight from my heart, so I hope you can just take it as it is because that's how I really see you. I don't know what our individual lives are like outside the concert venue because I've never seen that. But you all seem people who can do anything. And you always show that at our concerts. That's how trust builds with between us. But honestly, you do all really sing well. Even better than us at times. We try our best with harmonies and all. But like what you during the fanmeeting*, you pull everything together and leave people amazed. That's just how it is. Just the fact that it keeps coming back in conversations says something, right? I think so too and I felt it back then. It was so touching. If something can move me to tears, and I'm someone who makes music, I'm a singer... but the fact that you made me feel that way, that's saying something. And I'm someone who sings for a living. I have such high standards but you were able to touch my heart like that, then I think it would be the same for anyone watching. The emotions really come through. And I think that's ultimately the most important thing. *

For those of you who don’t know my parents are 94 (Dad) and 91(Mum) and they now live with Scott and I. They need help on a daily basis due to health reasons and age.
