Scroll-triggered animations are coming to Chrome early next year (and we've been really excited about this one for a bit!) 🥳 Unlike scroll-driven animations (already in Chrome & Safari), this API introduces "timeline-trigger" and "animation-trigger" to start an animation within a specific range, rather than relying on the scroller completion *as* the animation timeline. I got nerd-sniped and wanted to try it out so I built this shape morphing demo to show how you can apply multiple animations to the same element over with different triggers. PRETTY COOL IMO! For the facial animations in my game, I use a technique that yields results similar to L.A. Noire. To keep it simple: I first generate a facial animation video using AI like LTX 2. Then, I create a video depth map from that animation and project it onto a face mask. Using vertex displacement, the depth map dynamically deforms the face as the character speaks. The result looks good in standalone VR. I actually created this workflow long time ago:

Then prompt on Nano Banana Pro to add what you'd like (e.g. a cool door frame, loft, or pool). Take to Veo 3.1 as your start and end frames. Prompt: "time lapse construction, fast motion as a construction workers bring a tree into the living room and then construct the loft and add the couch and lights."

To get the portal for relic, you need to land the killing blow on O.S.C.A.R with a Melee Attack on Round 40+ while Wisp Tea is active and locked onto him. Note: You need to be playing Cursed mode at Tier I or higher. There is a more detailed guide with tips and specifics attached below. Aswell as two videos below from one of the Members of the ZoneX community showcasing exactly how to get the portal for the Relic.

Android vs. iOS app quality difference [Part 8] This one is about two highly-requested media apps: Spotify and Netflix. Netflix is miles better on iOS, but Spotify is about the same in my opinion because each version has one extra feature that's absent on the other. Netflix: - Netflix on iOS has a very modern design. Cool animations while logging in, and 3D parallax effect on the main title shown on the homepage. Nothing like this on the Android version. - You can use gestures to navigate the titles as shown in the video, and it's coupled with cool animations. Absent on the Android app. Spotify: - On the iOS app, you can use swipe up/down gestures to navigate between the mini-player and main music player UI. Can't do that on Android. - However, on the Android app, you can like a song directly from the notification panel - which is very useful.
