I'd LOVE to switch my team to Campsite, but do you have any workaround for folks married to Slack Connect? (I hate that SC has become the defacto cross-team chat solution because it's so hard to leave now)

We wired up a couple Zapier workflows to ping us about new SC messages, so we can keep Slack closed but still connect with customers that prefer that channel. Otherwise, we made some shared orgs with our other customers who use Campsite. We'll also ship guest roles soon.

Basecamp is great, but really helps people with project management. Campsite is more about elevating team communication and decision making. There's overlap, of course!

And in many ways let us look at the challenge then that we are being presented and not be overwhelmed by it. The baton is now in our hands, to fight for, not against, but for this country we love.

Pan: I think about this effort in sort of three pillars of innovation, collaboration, and communication. On communication, we have really valued the work of Katelyn Jetelina…people are getting information in different ways now. The old way of doing things was getting it out on the evening news… and it’s a very different and smaller demographic that does that now. So, really thinking about how do you get information out in a different way and then get that feedback on what people are hearing, what information do they need to know to make healthy choices. On collaboration, We’ve already started these alliances with the West Coast health alliance and building on other kind of partnerships we had but there’s a lot of different emerging efforts as we worry about withdrawal from the global health community and some of the communication and coordination that’s needed—Dr. Houry is going to help us on that—how do we make sure if federal resources and coordination to decrease—how we can continue to uphold that science and communication. Then the innovation is also really exciting around thinking about how do we better partner with the private sector with our academic partners and one key area we’re talking a lot about is data exchange and how do we better work with healthcare systems and public health to improve and accelerate making sure we also have access to tools to do more efficient exchange of information, there’s required reporting of certain diseases or for all of us to know what are the health trends in my community or in my state—where are the highest portion people with the most uncontrolled diabetes or where is this emerging outbreak happening—how do we do a better job using modern tools to have awareness and have communication with our healthcare system so that’s another area we’re really excited to work on with Dr. Monarez.

YOKO ONO: ONOCHORD, VENICE, 2004 Yoko: The world is divided in two industries. One is the War Industry and the other is the Peace Industry. The people in the War Industry are totally together. They don't have to talk to each other, even. They know exactly what they want to do. They want to go out there, kill and make money. But the people in the Peace Industry, which are us - we are so idealistic that each one of us criticises the other Peace Person in the Peace Industry. And we are always just arguing and we are wasting our energies doing that. So let's just forgive each other and see that we are in the Peace Industry and that's all that counts. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. And we wanted to create a new concept, so we just added N on it - Nutopia - and as a country. Well, that is the concept of a country. And we all are citizens of that country. And in my apartment in the Dakota Building, we put a little plaque on the back door, the kitchen door. It says 'Nutopian Embassy' and even now we have that. (laughs). Nutopia exists in our minds. And because of that, some people want to rebel against it. The reason some want to rebel against it is a good proof that it exists. I think that it was a terrible thing that happened in Chechnya. But we have to still keep our hopes up. And instead of giving up, we have to keep on sending the message of Love to each other. You say that I am the Ambassador of Peace. We are all Ambassadors of Peace. You are too. Everybody in this room are Ambassadors of Peace. Just the fact that we are not participating in War. The fact that we are here, and we are what we are, means that we are in the Peace Industry. All of us. John and I used to say that our apartment in the Dakota is a conceptual monastry, just for the two of us. And when we go out of the Dakota, we get so many people communicating with us, so it's very important that we had silence and quietness. And my apartment is a very small space compared to the world. "Every team wants to win a championship, but not every team wants to do the things required for a championship. And here's the thing: it's easy to be an average team. It doesn't require a lot. It's less adversity to be average in the world. The consequences of being average aren't easy. We end up wearing them. There's strain and struggle that comes with that too. The standard is just lower to be an average team. To be a championship team, to be champion, to be a championship team member here . . . I'm not gonna lie to you . . . I'm going to tell you the truth. It is harder. It is. The question is: Is it worth it? Some people say, "Oh it's not harder work." Yes it is. It's harder work. You can pursue comfort or you can pursue excellence. If we pursue comfort, we gotta give up some excellence. But if we pursue excellence, then we're just going to face more adversity. Everyone who's ever accomplished something excellence has had to overcome it. We are here today for a reason. Two reasons actually. Reason #1 is let's make sure that we identify and realize the opportunities that are in front of us. Reason #2 is let's make sure that we are preparing for the adversity that those opportunities require. And just understand: every single time you lever up your opportunities and you identify, "Oh there's something more I can do, more I can achieve. I can get better. I can earn more. I can do this." It's going to be matched with the adversity that comes with it. And we also know that statistics show that even across Africa, in terms of sports, it's running into billions as to what sports can bring to the continent, tens of billions. I think what we do as leaders at different levels is to encourage people to be part of realizing that story and reaping the benefits. And it's happening. So it's no longer something you just listen to and think it is for others and not for you. Now people believe, they start by believing. And when they start by believing and see things happening, then they believe even more and get more involved. And, I mean, the sky is the limit.

So much of this begins at home, with the early bonds and experiences of childhood. Those attachments shape how we see ourselves and how we relate to others for the rest of our lives.
