The moment that the captaincy became a reality 🥹

Wearing the Giroux shirt during this speech is perfect

Right choice! LFG Chabot! You deserve it!

Congrats but also sick job on the press conference video 🥴

@senstalk_ It should have been him 5 years ago. Good dude. Canadian. Bilingual for the market. Way to right the ship, Andlauer. Bring on season 34. GSG.

Lmao giving a guy a C who plays with no heart at all. • No fights. • No hits. • He’s a turnover machine. • He gets burnt at least once every few games. • Lost his PP1 spot and 1st pairing D to his daddy Sanderson. As soon • As Tkachuk leaves he opens his big mouth to trash him, but said nothing when he was around (what a real leader) • He’s a weak sissy Quebecer and what are they all? They are all whiny sissies not a tough bone in their body. Not one Ottawa fan can deny anything I said either because before Sanderson came everyone wanted Chabot traded because he was so horrible. But now that he plays against teams 3rd lines or weak 2nd lines and actually shows a little bit better (because his Dad Sanderson is there to protect him) now no one is calling for his head like they were before. Him wearing the C now means he’s not getting traded and what are they going to sign this bag of pucks for next? $14Ms? Because of the new market. What a disgrace to Ottawa the city and to the fans to have him as the face of an Ontario team. I can’t wait for Tkachuk to come and challenge him in the Center of the ice on the Senators logo and Chabot will chicken 🐓 right out like the Quebec poon he is. Because he knows Tkachuk would put a dent in his face.

Good Canadian Lad. Hardworking and well respected. No brainer 🇨🇦

LEADER OF THE SENS ARMY!!!

Congrats Thomas! Well deserved!

So obvious that it’s Chabot. He’s the only one with broad enough shoulders and has been the glue of that room for years.

LETS GOOO HE DESERVES IT MAN !

Congrats! Love the Claude Giroux T-shirt!

As a leafs fan and the kings of Ontario not like this choice will change anything when these two teams compete against eachother but chabot is the right pick

2 recent Chabot comments illustrate he was right choice. Asked about Hoyt Stanley's emergence, he 1st praised ALL the fringe-NHL D-men. And after his child's birth he said his wife endured far more than his broken arm, endearing himself to all mothers/dads who've been there

well deserved so happy for him

That was absolutely the right choice 👍

Chababy and our Chaptain

Thomas 🫡🫡🫡🫡

Can we trade in our Brady jerseys for a Chabot jersey?

CHABTAINNNNN YESSSSSS

Disappointed with the choice. Would have preferred Batherson or Stu.

CHABBY!!!!

@NHL This means he is going to sign a niceeee extension. Love it! #gosensgo

ITS HIMMMMMMMM

Heard he’s asking for a trade 😂
