People don't learn. As lovely as Thai people are, consideration and responsibility when in traffic is not among their virtues.

I see they have changed the train driver as well, I'm guessing he had plenty of time to stop the train to avoid the collision,did he .?

Noteworthy point

Thai people are very respectful people but put them on a motorbike or in a car and they become a different person. They drive without insurance or a valid driver's license. No responsibility or respect for other people. Their motto: Buddha take care 🙏

Regardless it was the train drivers fault as it is his responsibility to slowdown and make sure the track is clear. I’m surprised the train in this video went through the intersection so fast especially after what just happened!

Too many idiots on the road. Passengers must always pray that they jump into a vehicle with a good driver. Otherwise, RIP.

They didn't learn from the incident. As a thai im so embarrassed. 🫩

Only fines will help. In a traffic like yesterday, a bus could still get stuck on the rails, ramp will not go down through its roof. Others would still not see the incoming train. What's worse, all including the train conductor will be less cautious, knowing there is a ramp now.

i think these trains should be faster, so that people who are naturally more susceptible to die due to low iq, do so. This will decrease population of low iq ppl, and increase overall avg iq of country with high population.
