Obviously killed Martin to create shock factor. And with the number of little clues along the way. But i think its a big mistake, not many characters at his age with his history and family links in the square.

Why Kill Martin off even if it was the actors choice to leave he could have gone off to the countryside with Stacey to escape Rubys revenge I feel like a big mistake has been made here so many other characters that chould have had the chop

Well done Chris Clenshaw. Killed off a legacy character because your reign as producer was tragic so you had to leave with a bang. You won’t be missed.

You’ve had a few live episodes now - but in terms of script and emotion, I feel like this one really hit me hardest. (excluding Bradley’s finger moving death) 😂 but seriously. Hats off to all cast and crew but especially Lacey and James. This final scene has BROKEN me.
