It can it but it’s only good for Escaping, Evading and Counter Attacking, but besides that you have to get struck by attack in order to use it 😂 lol

This is a horrible take. Imo the most broken jutsu outside of the ones related to clans is either FTG or the Shadow Clone jutsu. Depending on the number of clones the amount of knowledge & intel you get is insane. On top of that the amount of work you could get done is crazy.
