No wonder @POTUS has not spoken to @KremlinRussia_E You have to be able to not only talk about the founding history of your 'Motherland' but also the stratigic security of your 'Motherland' I am not sure many in our @SenateDems or @SenateGOP could even do that. I sure learned.

In 2014 and then again 2015 both France & Germany sponsored the Minsk Agreement that would have seen Ukraine become "neutral", another Switzerland. Its rejection, both times, brought the tragedy of the War.
