Good edit, but very unLynchian😁 He liked loong scenes, static or very slow moving camera, long transitions. But I understand, how to show many great scenes in a short montage. But talk is cheap. There is effort behind this, you synced quick cut bursts with piano so 👍🫶

I love that he mentions the forgotten part of Lynchian - the fact that it's always based in the familiar. Lynch's body of work is largely horror of the domestic household.

A film of Terry Pratchett's The Carpet People directed by Lynch would have been amazing. Perhaps no other children's book could have been so elevated by him
