Don't use a metal spoon. It'll kill most of the good enzymes in the honey. Use wood instead & avoid the plastic as well. Mix & store it in a sterilized, glass jar. 🙏🏻

A mug of hot water. Add—Raw local honey (use a wooden spoon), fresh turmeric and ginger chopped up, fresh squeezed lemon juice, cayanne pepper and drink it down. No colds! Do this daily!

You’re close. You need to improve the quality of your ingredients (especially the honey, it definitely shouldn’t pour that fast !) and lose the vanilla. It’s not doing anything. Instead, add black pepper. It contains piperine, which combined with the curcumin in the tumeric increases the bioavailability by as much as 2000%! 👍🏻

Dear commenters: the most annoying thing in X world is when large numbers of people comment about the same thing, but not a single one is helpful in doing so. If y'all can complain so well about not including black pepper, one would think there's be a "1/2 tsp works," or "I'd use a tsp of black pepper." Nope. just a bunch of petty complaints with zero desire to add to the conversation in a constructive way. Making me lose faith in humanity over here...🙄 Thank you to whoever made the video. I've never heard of this.
