Nerds are gonna bitch about Elrond saying "You should've stayed dead" when the LOTR movies had shield surfing and Gimli the Clown I don't care if this and fighting the wraiths was in the book or not, it fits the narrative and theme of Tolkien lore and it's a good addition The whole "it should've been one movie" complaint is just lacking in imagination and feels like a made-up reason to be mad
