That pin and seal, plus moving the defender up an extra foot or two, gives the passer that much more margin for error.

Something I notice with most amateurs I play with is they have super restricted hips. Tougher to play well like that and even puts your back at risk of injury (which was the case with me). This is a favorite move I learned from TPI’s ELDOA program. Simple, but a game changer
