You can objectively understand these concepts, yet still lack the ability to fix yourself. I need a stronger cheat code.

Fixing yourself, at least to me, is a flawed concept. It's a never-ending road, really, where new problems will always arise. The more realistic and honest goal is to: understand yourself, forgive yourself, and let go.

I think there's too much self-centering. Negative emotions get lessened when you serve others.
