The pitch looks quite good for the Baseball Ground in March.

This was proper football before the dullness of the Premier League kicked in. Imagine the modern player being made to play on this pitch and all the moaning from the managers like Pep and Klopp etc. Games gone. Support Lower non league where the game is still real.

I think Man City/West Ham game in 71 ( I think) may beat this one for mud.
