It's not only the safety at workplaces. The nation needed a rape & murder for proper facilities in the hospital? What about Nirbhaya? She was travelling in a bus but still raped? Please don't shift the focus from rape & murder to now not having facilities.

The Guard is a paswan. This is a clear case of SC/ST atrocities act. Why the Delhi Police haven't registered a FIR under atrocities act yet? The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that for cognizable offences, police ordinarily cannot refuse FIR registration when information prima facie discloses an offence. Delhi Police why haven't you taken a suo motu cognizance of this?
