@ebeletheservant I think the contention shouldn't be about God's holiness but about how can man who has fallen and he keeps fallen short can stand Pure in the face of an Holy God whose Holiness is Very Loud in the Scriptures. JESUS is that answer,when you 1Cor 1:30 (cont'd)

like adam and eve as you said,we re subconsciously aware of His holines that atimes evokes a feeling of unworthiness ,it makes Gods kind of holiness seem unattainable/demanding, something that will always be out of reach,hence it’s easier for us to just ignore that aspect

God just has to be holy to be God, nothing more nothing less
