tried setting it up for two hours did not even remotely get it to work real project, lots of APIs and env variables failed every single step setup was a pain (and still not working) convex is completely broken (websockets get blocked through their proxy setup)

projects is clean but watching parallel subagent threads burn through your context window in 10 minutes is an extreme sport

how are the limits on claude right now? I used to pay their 100$ plan but I switched to codex due to how fast their limits ran out

How is this different from Projects before?

how are you splitting work across projects so far, one per repo or one per workstream? the shared memory story changes a lot depending on that

parallel sessions look like free speed. the cliff is each thread is a full session so the usage meter melts before the merge conflicts show up.

Looks clean. Anything that keeps the project context in one place is helpful when you’re jumping between Claude Code and an agent like Hermes.

i set up one project per client last week. the agent stopped re-reading the same files on every run.

projects is the missing layer between a clever coding session and a repeatable system. keeping context and files together is what makes agent work compound instead of restarting from zero.

does Projects split a thought into a thread on its own, or do you still name the project file first. that's babysitting another folder vs actually just sending thoughts

This was the fix I didn't know I needed. I bounce between 5 small apps in short night windows, and used to burn half of each session reminding Claude where I'd left off the night before.

@agentnative_ Wish I could try it. The rollout from @claudeai is molasses and I’ve been on Max for like a year. Looks great though thanks for sharing your take.
