The new government directive means passengers can only carry liquids, pastes and gels up to 100ml in their hand luggage. It is imperative that all customers comply with the nationwide rule to ensure a smoother and simpler transition through the airport.

Please post something new, eg video of a walk through from queuing outside to end of security, proceeding in the most efficient manner thru security, where to go for bag drops, where do fast track pax join? You might salvage credibility by answering questions ppl need answers to.

But this 100ml thing is something we’ve been doing for years. Ok so we can keep them in hand luggage. Surely it should make things quicker. How can it possibly be creating such mayhem and only at BHX it seems 🤔

Why can't I put them in a plastic bag in my hand luggage? I'm going to put them in a toiletry bag, so what's the difference?

Can you please post some proper guidance about where people are queuing and for what and where fast track security ticket holders go? I have read plenty from passengers about this but it would be helpful if the airport could publish guidance given the current chaos. Thanks

So whats changed? This restriction has always been there….and by the way, I did not have to remove liquids from my bag yesterday either…so actually that part of the process has increased time efficiency…so why is it still slower than the old machines and process?

hi i’ve sent two questions ( one as a dm) any chance of a reply. I know your busy just like the rest of us all , but an answer would be helpful.

Do you ever answer questions

Making people stand outside in the rain is unacceptable how’s about doing something about it 🤡
